How Many Vanilla Beans Per Pound?
There are approximately 90-110 beans per pound of Madagascar gourmet vanilla beans; perhaps a few more for the regular vanilla beans, and slightly fewer for the longer vanilla beans. Exact amount will vary depending on the size of the vanilla beans and their moisture content.
