Amadeus Trading Co. dba Amadeus Vanilla Beans was founded in 1994. From the beginning we made a commitment to offer our customers only the highest quality gourmet vanilla beans, vanilla extracts and other vanilla products from Madagascar and now Papua New Guinea (PNG).

In 1997, Amadeus went organic! We sponsored the first ever U.S. based organic certification of extraction grade Bourbon vanilla beans from Madagascar, the world's largest producer of vanilla.

We joined with our partner, Gold Coast Ingredients, Inc., forming Amadeus Trading Co., LLC in the year 2000, and together produce our premium grade, vanilla extracts Certified Organic by QAI.
