Shipping and Handling Policy (*)
Here's how our new, simplified shipping and handling policy works:
- Every order -- no matter what the dollar value -- is charged a base UPS ground shipping charge of $7.35. That's about what it costs us to send a 1 lb. package anywhere in the U.S. (**) That's it!
- Any order under $25.00 is charged a flat, one-time handling charge of $4.95. If you order at least $25.00 or more, the handling charge is waived. That's it, too!
So, bottom line:
Order more than $25.00 - you are charged only $7.35 shipping and handling.
Order under $25.00 - you pay a slightly higher charge of $12.30.
See what we mean? Simple. No "extras." No nasty surprises on checkout.
Now, with our "What You See is What You Get" pricing, you can truly compare our pricing with other websites and what you are charged in retail stores. Our goal is to deliver only the highest quality vanilla products at the best prices available. PERIOD!

(*) We ship "UPS ground" within the Continental U.S. We try to fill orders within three business days of being placed over the website; shipping time varies according to distance from our warehouse in Commerce, CA. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box, so please include a message in a "Note" to your order, either a "street" address if your credit card is billed to a P.O. Box, or if you want your order shipped to a different address from the billing address for your credit card, or any other special handling instructions.
(**) Extra charges will apply for shipping to U.S. addresses outside the lower 48 states, to Canada and other countries outside the U.S. We generally use the U.S. Postal Service to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and international orders - they are cost-effective and efficient. We will contact you upon purchase if this applies to you. Please feel free to contact us if you want an expedited shipping option -- we can do that, too!
